About
Filip Zaykov (*1997) is a Czech violinist, a former student of Natalia Prischepenko and Friedemann Eichhorn and co-founder of the award-winning Piano Trio Incendio. He also studied conducting at the Malko Academy for Young Conductors in Copenhagen. He was a guest concertmaster in orchestras such as Gürzenich-Orchester Köln and Metropole Orkest and currently he is the second violin leader in The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen.
Trio Incendio
Founded in 2016, Trio Incendio has quickly established itself as one of the most distinctive young European ensembles which already performed in some of the finest European venues like the Wigmore Hall, Philharmonie Berlin or Rudolfinum in Prague.
Trio Incendio is recognized for its sense for delicacy and style in works of classicism, warmth of sound in interpretation of romantic pieces as well as their captivating approach to contemporary music.
